While clients can book in for a single HeartMath session to resolve an acute situation of stress or for a quick introduction to one of two techniques to help a client get through a stressful event, most programs require a minimum 4 week commitment.
I develop a customized programs based on what you most need.
The HeartMath Building Personal Resilience™ program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching or mentoring with scientifically validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and build resilience. You will learn life-long skills you can use any time to increase wellbeing, personal and professional performance and quality of life experience.
